Delivery & Installation

Delivery:

Our support and delivery teams will be in touch with you for a hassle-free delivery.
Free delivery is only applicable for the first attempt to deliver at your shipping address. If a customer misses this delivery, an extra visiting charge will be applicable for the second attempt.
In absence of a service lift, our delivery partner shall only make a delivery to the ground floor of your apartment. Extra charges are applicable per floor on delivery to the customer’s floor (on request) in such cases.
Extra charges are applicable for the weekend or time-specific delivery.

Installation:

Depending on the delivery condition, your product may or may not require installation assistance upon delivery.
If The Assembly Status Is:
- Pre-assembled – no installation is required. The product comes fully assembled and ready to use.
- Carpenter Assembly – expert assistance is required, for which Khaticraft will provide carpenters to carry out proper installation and assembly.
- Self Assembly/DIY – the product requires minimal installation/assembly, which can be carried out by the customer using simple tools and assembly instructions provided. No expert assistance is required.

Sheesham wood is an Indian wood and is very easily found in North India. Sheesham wood has 2 colors white and brown. The Brown portion has grains in it while the white portion doesn’t have any visible grains. At Khaticraft, we use Sheesham wood only to design a different kind of furniture.

How do I choose a side-size table?

The rule says that your end table must be within two inches of your sofa’s arm height. For instance, if your couch’s arm stands at just 20 inches, then, look for a little shorter end table (maybe 16-18 inches). No matter how big or small your sofa set is, you can always get the products customized.

Do you have a showroom as well?

Yes, we have leading furniture in Kirti Nagar. The customers can either visit our store at Kirti Nagar or can buy it online because we offer delivery of products within the committed time.

What is the estimated delivery time?

All Sheesham wood beds come with a warranty against manufacturing defects in materials that have been used. However, the warranty won’t include damages due to the usage of the product beyond its intended use.

Are wooden tables expensive?

To be honest, wooden tables are costlier. But in case you look for life long investment, then there is no better option than Sheesham wood. When buying a wooden dining table, you must check all the features of your ideal table.

Is there any difference between the price on offline store and online for the same product

Yes, that could be a possible chance. The price difference could be there, decided by the company as per the location standards.

Can you deliver outside India also?

How would you assemble if the product comes in parts and pieces?

That can be done by the carpenter provided by the company in possible locations. Also with the telephony and video call assembly instruction can be shared with the customer if he/she is willing to do it by himself/herself.
