At Khaticraft, we are committed to delivering high-quality Sheesham wood furniture and exceptional customer service. This policy defines the terms and conditions related to order cancellation, returns, exchanges, and refunds. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms stated below.
Order Cancellation
• Customers may cancel an order (full or partial) within 3 calendar days of receiving the order confirmation or before the product is dispatched, whichever is earlier.
• Cancellation requests must be sent via email to Care@khaticraft.com with the order number and reason for cancellation.
• Cancellation requests made after dispatch will not be accepted.
Cancellation Charges & Cashback Adjustments
• A 2.5% cancellation fee will be deducted from the total paid amount.
• Any promotional cashback or discount applied to the order will also be deducted from the refund.
• If the cashback has already been used (partially or fully), the equivalent amount will be adjusted in the refund value.
Return Eligibility
Products are eligible for return only if:
• Return request is made within 7 days from the date of delivery
• Product is:
• Unused
• Unassembled
• In original condition with intact tags and packaging
• Valid proof of purchase (invoice or receipt) is provided
Returns that do not meet these conditions will be rejected.
Return Process
To initiate a return:

• Subject line: Return Request – [Order ID]
• Attach:
• Clear images of the product
• Clear images of the original packaging
Upon approval, a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and return instructions will be provided.
Returns sent without RAN or prior approval will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Responsibility
• If the return is due to damaged, defective, or incorrect product:
• Return shipping will be arranged and paid for by Khaticraft.
• In all other cases (change of mind or preference):
• Return shipping will be borne by the customer.
Damaged or Defective Products
• Customers must inspect products at the time of delivery.
• Any damage, defect, or mismatch must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
• Email with images and description must be sent to Care@khaticraft.com.
• After verification, we may offer:
• Repair
• Replacement
• Refund (depending on the issue)
Non-Returnable Products
The following items are not eligible for return:
• Customized or made-to-order furniture
• Items purchased on sale or promotional offers
• Gift cards or coupons
• Hazardous or flammable materials
If unsure about product eligibility, please contact us before initiating a return.
Exchange Policy
• Direct exchanges are not offered.
• Customers must return the original product and place a new order for the desired item after approval.
Refunds & Processing Time
• Once the returned product is received and inspected, you will be notified of approval or rejection.
• Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.
• If the refund is not received within 15 business days, please contact:
European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
• EU customers may cancel or return their order within 14 days of receipt without providing any reason.
• Product must be unused and in original condition with proof of purchase.
• Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
• This policy is governed by the laws of India.
• All disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Churu, Rajasthan, India.

Khaticraft reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time without prior notice. Customers are advised to review the latest version before initiating any cancellation, return, or refund.
