We request all customers to carefully read and understand the terms outlined below, which govern post-purchase service and support.
1. Product Exchange Policy

Khaticraft offers a free product exchange in cases where the item suffers from a manufacturing defect or wood-related issue (e.g., termite or borer infestation), provided the issue is not due to:
- Physical damage caused after delivery
- Improper use or handling
- General wear and tear with time

To initiate an exchange, the product must be:
- Within the applicable warranty period
- Evaluated and approved by our inspection team
- Please note: While the exchange is free of cost, transportation charges associated with pickup and delivery during the exchange process are payable by the customer.
2. Refund Policy
- No monetary refunds are issued for products under warranty claims.
- Only product exchanges or repairs are facilitated in accordance with the warranty conditions and subject to eligibility.
3. Disclaimer and Limitations
- On-site warranty service is not available. All warranty-related concerns must be addressed by submitting the product to Khaticraft’s designated service center or warehouse.
- Customers are responsible for safely transporting the product to and from the service location, unless transport is arranged through Khaticraft for an applicable fee.
- This policy applies exclusively to original purchases made through authorized Khaticraft sales channels.
4. Customer Responsibility
- Customers must ensure the product is used and maintained as per the care and usage guidelines provided at the time of purchase.
- Claims arising from negligent handling, unauthorized modifications, or exposure to extreme environmental conditions will not be entertained under warranty.
5. Policy Acceptance
By purchasing from Khaticraft, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the terms and conditions outlined in this After-Sales Service Policy. It is advised to retain the original invoice and warranty card for any future reference.
