Care Instructions
To ensure the longevity and optimal performance of your Khaticraft furniture, please follow the care guidelines below:
- Do not move or push the furniture without dismantling it properly.
- Avoid using wet or damp cloths for cleaning.
- Do not lift the furniture by holding it from the top; always lift from the base.
- Keep the furniture away from water and avoid placing any liquids directly on the surface.
- Do not expose the furniture to direct or extreme sunlight for extended periods.
- Refrain from using harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners on the furniture surface.
Warranty Policy
Khaticraft furniture is built to last. We provide the following warranties:
Warranty Coverage
- 12-Month Manufacturer Warranty: Covers any manufacturing defects.
- 10-Year Warranty: Covers termite and borer-related issues.
The warranty applies solely to issues of manufacturing defects, termite, or borer damage. Based on the nature of the issue and at Khaticraft’s sole discretion, the product will either be repaired or replaced after proper inspection by our authorized service executive.
Please note: Natural seasonal splits or opening of joints may occur due to wood movement and are covered only within the warranty period from the date of purchase.
Warranty Exclusions
The limited warranty does not cover the following:
- Minor cuts, scratches, stains, or other damage caused during routine cleaning or handling.
- Damage resulting from incorrect installation or unauthorized modifications.
- Furniture placed in direct contact with sunlight or water, leading to wood decay or warping.
- Cracks caused by mishandling, dropping, or shifting; minor surface cracks ("checks") may appear over time in solid wood and are not considered defects.
- Upholstery or cushion covers are excluded from all warranty coverage.
- Unevenness up to 5 mm due to floor surface variation is considered normal and is not covered.
Note: Solid wood may naturally expand and contract with climate changes over time. Such behavior is not considered a defect and is not covered under warranty.
Terms and Conditions
- Delivery Acknowledgement: A signed delivery acknowledgment is mandatory to activate the warranty. Warranty claims without this document will not be entertained.
- Access and Entry Dimensions: Before placing an order, ensure the dimensions of your doorway and entrance allow the product to pass through. Khaticraft will not accept return or cancellation requests due to access issues at the time of delivery.

Assembly Details:
- Some items are delivered fully assembled; others may require DIY assembly or assembly assistance. Please refer to the individual product details.
- Where assembly service is included, a technician will be scheduled for installation post-delivery.

Delivery & Damage Reporting:
- We aim for a safe and damage-free delivery experience.
- In the rare event you receive a damaged or defective product, it must be reported immediately to the delivery personnel at the time of delivery.
- All damage claims will be assessed and addressed within 5–7 working days of delivery.

Self-Pickup Guidelines:
- For self-pickup from any Khaticraft store, please inspect the product thoroughly before collecting.
- Khaticraft will not be responsible for any damages during customer-initiated transport.
- Self-assembled products will be provided with DIY installation support only.

Post-Sale Support:
- In case of any defects post-purchase, customers must raise a ticket by emailing care@khaticraft.com or contacting our Help Center.
- Repair services will be provided free of cost at the customer's premises within the warranty period.

For product exchanges requested after 7 days of delivery, the customer must either:
- Deliver the product to the nearest Khaticraft warehouse, or
- Pay the applicable transportation charges for pick-up and delivery.
