Refund & Return Policy
At Khaticraft (KHATICRAFT FURNISHING & DECOR SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED), we are committed to delivering high-quality Sheesham wood furniture and exceptional customer service. This policy outlines the terms and conditions related to order cancellation, returns, exchanges, and refunds. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms stated below.
Order Cancellation
Customers may cancel an order, either fully or partially, within three (3) calendar days of receiving the order confirmation, or before the product is dispatched, whichever is earlier. Any request for cancellation must be made via email to Care@khaticraft.com, along with the order number and reason for cancellation. Please note that cancellation requests received after dispatch will not be entertained under this policy.
Cancellation Charges and Cashback Adjustments
A cancellation fee of 2.5% of the total paid amount will be deducted during the refund process. Additionally, if any promotional cashback or discount was applied to the original order, the same will be deducted from the refund. In case the cashback has already been used—either partially or completely—on another order, the equivalent amount will be adjusted in the refund value of the cancelled product.
Return Eligibility
Products are eligible for return only if they are unused, unassembled, and in their original condition with intact tags and packaging. The return request must be made within seven (7) days from the date of delivery. A valid proof of purchase (invoice or receipt) must be presented to initiate the return process. Returns that do not meet these criteria will be rejected.
Return Process
To start a return, the customer must email Care@khaticraft.com. with the subject line “Return Request – [Order ID]” along with clear images of the product and its packaging. Upon approval, we will issue a Return Authorization Number (RAN) along with a return shipping label and detailed instructions. Returns sent without prior authorization or without the issued RAN will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Responsibility
If the return is due to a mistake on our part—such as damaged, defective, or incorrect products—return shipping will be arranged and paid for by Khaticraft (KHATICRAFT FURNISHING & DECOR SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED). In all other scenarios, including a change of mind or preference, the customer shall bear the return shipping cost.
Damaged or Defective Products
We request customers to carefully inspect the product at the time of delivery. If you notice any defect, damage, or mismatch, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product by writing to Care@khaticraft.com with images and a description of the issue. Upon verification, we will either repair, replace, or refund the product based on the nature of the damage.
Non-Returnable Products
Certain items are not eligible for return, including but not limited to:
Customized or made-to-order furniture
Items purchased on sale or during promotional offers
Gift cards or coupons
Hazardous or flammable materials
If you are uncertain about the eligibility of your product, please contact us before initiating the return.
Exchange Policy
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to get a different product, please initiate a return of the originally purchased item. Once the return is approved, you may place a new order for the replacement item of your choice.
Refunds and Processing Time
Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to reflect the refunded amount in your account.
If more than 15 business days have passed since refund approval and the amount is still not credited, please reach out to us at Care@khaticraft.com.
European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
In compliance with European Union consumer laws, customers residing in the EU may cancel or return their order within 14 days of receipt, without any obligation to provide a reason. The product must be unused, in its original condition, and accompanied by valid proof of purchase. Return shipping costs in this case will be borne by the customer, unless the product is defective or incorrect.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This policy is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under this policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Churu, Rajasthan, India.

Khaticraft (KHATICRAFT FURNISHING & DECOR SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED) reserves the right to update, amend, or modify this policy at any time without prior notice. The latest version will always be available on our website. Customers are encouraged to review the policy before initiating any cancellation, return, or refund request.
